Introduction

Tooth Fairy Tracker ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile app for iPhone, iPad, and Android, developed by Matt Donders. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles your information on each platform.

Information We Collect

None. Tooth Fairy Tracker does not collect any personal information. On every platform, the app:

  • Does not require an account or login
  • Does not send your records anywhere
  • Does not use analytics or tracking
  • Does not display advertisements
  • Does not access your contacts, location, camera, or microphone

Data Storage

Everything you create in the app (child profiles, tooth records, and visit history) is stored locally on your device: with Apple's SwiftData framework on iPhone and iPad, and in an on-device database on Android. This data is never sent to us or to any third party.

Your device's own backup may include the app's data if you have it turned on: iCloud or computer backups on iPhone and iPad, and Android's backup to your Google account. Those backups are handled by Apple or Google, and we cannot access them.

If you delete the app, its data is removed from your device.

Notifications

Tooth Fairy Tracker can send optional local notifications to remind you about Tooth Fairy visits. They are scheduled entirely on your device and do not use any external server or push service. On Android, the app also reschedules them after your phone restarts. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

Face ID, Touch ID, and Android Biometrics

The app may use Face ID or Touch ID on iPhone and iPad, or your fingerprint or face unlock on Android, to protect parent settings. Biometric checks are handled entirely by the operating system on your device. We never receive, store, or have access to your biometric data.

In-App Purchases

Tooth Fairy Tracker offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock support for more than one child. On iPhone and iPad, payment is handled by Apple through the App Store. On Android, payment is handled by Google through Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment information such as card numbers or billing details. The app only asks the store whether the purchase is active.

Children's Privacy

Tooth Fairy Tracker does not collect any data from anyone, including children. Child names entered in the app are stored only on your device and are never sent anywhere. The app is safe for users of all ages.

Third-Party Services

Tooth Fairy Tracker contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only outside service it talks to is the App Store or Google Play, to check your purchase.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

I bought Unlimited Children and it is not unlocked.

Open the app and tap Restore Purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account (iPhone and iPad) or Google Play account (Android) that made the purchase.
